Boyd R Taylor
CEO
Boyd is the current owner and CEO of several thriving companies. After graduating from NCSU in 1986 with a BS in Textiles, he worked for 16 years in Senior Management for various companies all within the Southeastern United States. In 2003, he left the corporate world to pursue his passion for Real Estate and has since bought, sold and invested in Commercial and residential properties all over the Southeast. Boyd currently oversees a variety of different businesses, including the management of 700,000 sf of Commercial property and numerous rental properties. In addition, he is constantly reviewing current investment opportunities, etc.

Boyd is currently involved with multiple High schools in North Carolina- providing numerous scholarships and working hand-in-hand with the schools to improve graduation rates. He enjoys ‘paying it forward’ by mentoring numerous people located all over the southeast.
Boyd resides in Wake Forest NC with his wife. He has 2 adult daughters (and 4 lovely grandchildren) who also reside in the Raleigh Durham area. His adult son resides in triangle region of North Carolina.

Cliff Rogers
CEO
Cliff is a licensed Realtor and Contractor with over 40 years of experience in residential property management. In 1981, after graduating from college, Cliff and his father formed the real estate partnership, Rogers & Rogers. The growth of that partnership led Cliff to form The Rogers Group, Inc, a residential property management company that today manages over 1200 units in four counties for over 100 owners.
In 2007, Cliff expanded into commercial warehouse development and partnered with Boyd Taylor to form Creedmoor Holding Company.

Cliff is a Past President of both the Kerr Lake Realtors and Kerr Lake Home Builders Association. He received the Citizen of the Year award in 2001 after serving as President of the Henderson-Vance Chamber of Commerce. A proud Eagle Scout, Cliff served as President of the Occoneechee Council BSA and currently serves on the board. Cliff has a BA from Wake Forest University in Economics and attended the Harvard University Graduate School of Design Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate.
